What a brilliant product

Masterwall has an awesome product but their customer service and after sale service is lacking.

Double the service dulux gives at half the price. Love the team there

Masterwall is a great product, however your trades people that they have employed to install this product is the reason why I am giving this a one star, I would give it 0 stars if I could. When I reached out to the company to advise I was dissatisfied with the trades person who verbally abused my builder and did a burn out, out the front of my new house, my comment was deleted of social media without any explanation or intent on trying to help the situation. I would not recommend anyone in Western Australia to use this product on their home, the workmanship is not acceptable as this product is not cheap and not worth the heart ache, my builder and I have been held up by using masterwall. I wish I had read some reviews prior to using masterwall for my home, as i would have never gone through this process.
